Tracking your Shipment
When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. If a tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package).
You may track your order on our website by clicking the Track Order link in the upper right corner and then entering your Order Number.
Return Instructions
We appreciate your purchase from us. Please review our return policy carefully:
Return Period: You have in 45 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Contact Information: Due to the high cost of shipping for our free-shipping products, kindly contact our customer service at albumposter.shop@gmail.com promptly if you wish to return your purchase.
Response & Processing: We will respond within 24 hours and process your return and refund accordingly.
Refund Amount: The refund will be 80% of the original selling price, except in cases of significant damage caused by shipping.
Shipping-Related Damage: If your product arrives significantly damaged due to shipping, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Once our team reviews and approves the claim, we will issue a full refund.
